Research-Specific Training

There are two types of research-specific training:

1) Clinical Research Training (required)

2) Clinical Trials Training (if applicable)

All researchers and research assistants conducting/supporting research studies at SAH are required to complete Clinical Research Training. Depending on the research study, additional Clinical Trials Training may be required.

In addition, all researchers and research assistants conducting/supporting research studies at SAH are required to complete research-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) training. The SOP training must be completed before starting the research work, and it must be completed onsite at SAH due to license use restrictions. You will be provided with instructions and access once you are qualified to complete the training.

SAH has access to additional research-specific training through the CITI program. You might be advised to complete additional courses to support your activities at SAH.
