How do I check my current N95 Respirator size?

Employees – Current N95 Respirator (Fit Test) information is posted on the each unit. Check, with your Leader if you are unsure where to find this information.

Physicians – Current N95 Respirator (Fit Test) information is available from Medical Affairs – please email fosterl@sah.on.ca.

Once you have confirmed that you require a Fit Test, click here to book an appointment.

I am having issues with my surgical mask (for example, skin irritation). What can I do?

Complete an incident report via iReports. Come to Occupational Health, located in E1005 (beside Volunteer Resources and the Mailroom).

An Occupational Health Nurse will assess you and provide alternate mask(s) to trial.

I am having issues with my face shield. What can I do?

Connect with your Leader. Occupational Health is not able to provide or approve alternate forms of eye protection.
