Functionally Fit with Daniel Roy

This is an all levels class that will challenge your whole body. The class focuses on core movements that will help you strengthen your entire body.

A variety of equipment will be used and there will also be a focus on corrective exercises. 

Balanced Bodies with Jill Bowes

This is an all levels, functional, all ages class challenging and strengthening your muscles and core; balancing you in all areas! A variety of equipment will be used in this class as well as PILATES and Foundation Training.
