SAH Parking Terms & Conditions

  • Parking access is for the exclusive use of the designated Individual and is not to be shared with family or friends.
  • Parking Fees (by payroll deduction)
    • Full-Time $30.77/biweekly
    • Part-Time $20.00/biweekly
  • Proportional reimbursements will not be issued.
  • In the event of an extended absence, it is the employee’s responsibility to cancel parking.  If you do not cancel your parking, deductions will continue to accrue during your absence and any amounts owing will be taken from your first available pay.
  • Parking fees will not be reimbursed for periods of time that access was not used.
  • Failure to comply with the parking policy, terms and conditions will result in a loss of parking privileges.
  • The Sault Area Hospital is not responsible for any damages incurred to vehicles while parked on Hospital property.
  • It is expected that all employees will park within established parking lots and designated parking spaces, keeping fire lanes clear and observing all signage throughout the lots. Parking on the lawn, double parking or parking beyond the light posts is not permitted. Security regularly monitors the parking lots and if you are inappropriately parked, you may be ticketed. If you require accessible parking or a parking accommodation, please discuss your needs with your leader.
