Phishing Scam Using SAH Name

Sault Area Hospital (SAH) has recently learned that there have been incidences of hoax emails claiming to be from SAH. The email warns the individual that they have an outstanding balance on their SAH account.

Area residents are advised that this is a phishing scam. Please be aware that invoices for patient billing are only sent via the mail system. Patient bills are not issued through email. If you receive a suspicious email, please be cautious and do not access the links or enter your personal information. Please delete the email immediately and do not forward it.
