This protocol addresses the work restriction and return to work guidelines based on a HCW report of Acute Illness regardless of whether the illness has been acquired through community or occupational contact.

Any travel during a pandemic has the potential to spread infection. To help protect our communities and stop the spread of COVID-19, Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health strongly advises that individuals and families only travel out of the province if it is essential. Vigilance must be taken when considering any travel given the ever-evolving
situation.
All considerations for travel should follow Provincial and Federal guidelines.
We encourage all our workers to seek out opportunities for support. Check this section often for new updates.
