Who We Are
An outpatient virtual and in-person clinic providing care for patients diagnosed with COVID-19. We are a multidisciplinary clinic involving Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine and Primary Care with a focus to care for patients diagnosed with COVID-19 through the continuum of their infection.
What We Do
We provide virtual care for patients acutely diagnosed with COVID-19 and help to monitor them during the early part of their illness. We also provide care for patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 and who have persistent symptoms potentially consistent with Long COVID.
What To Expect When You Are Initially Diagnosed With COVID-19
- You will be informed by the testing site or public health of your diagnosis
- You will be asked if you would like a referral to be sent to our virtual clinic
- Although we try to get to patients as quickly as possible, an appointment will be arranged within 2 business days.
- Public Health will provide you with a package from our clinic to help you be monitored during your illness.

Advance Care Planning for COVID-19
The 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has left many feeling afraid and uncertain about what will happen next and this is understandable. During so much uncertainty, something you can control while you are still mentally capable is who would make health care decisions for you if you can’t speak for yourself. The best time to plan for future healthcare choices is before a medical crisis occurs. It is more important than ever that your Substitute Decision Maker(s) (SDM(s), family and healthcare team understand what matters most to you in the event that you become seriously ill.
